USAGE      For your protection, American Stock Photography, like all other "rights-controlled" agencies, issues a license in the form of an invoice to cover specific use of copyrighted black & white and color imagery. Rates are based on use, media, circulation, extent and length of campaign. Please be precise so that we may charge the lowest rate possible. License becomes valid upon payment of the invoice. Copyrighted photographs cannot be further utilized, loaned, rented, copied or syndicated without an additional licensing agreement. Images may be used at low resolution for comp purposes only.      Whenever possible, please order catalog, CD or website images by picture ID number and description. Be prepared to give all information relevant to final use so that we give you an accurate quote.
